❇️ About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate AI/ML Developer who thrives on building intelligent systems from the ground up. You will be directly involved in developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models that drive real-world applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coding, problem-solving, and delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions.

❇️ Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities to apply AI/ML to business challenges
Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features
Build scalable ML pipelines and systems for training, validation, and deployment
Continuously monitor and improve model performance in production
Integrate AI/ML models into web, mobile, or cloud applications using appropriate frameworks and tools
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Stay current with the latest research, technologies, and trends in AI and machine learning

🤘 Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
Strong hands-on programming skills in Python (must), and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, HuggingFace, OpenCV
Experience with end-to-end ML pipeline development: data processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment
Proficient in working with structured and unstructured data, including images, text, and tabular data
Experience with model serving and deploying models via REST APIs or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Understanding of MLOps principles (versioning, monitoring, retraining, etc.)
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, containerization tools like Docker, and Git

Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or generative AI models
Experience with Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
Knowledge of reinforcement learning, NLP, or computer vision
Experience working with tools like MLflow, DVC, Airflow, or Kubeflow
Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
